YAY UK & HUE Animation Instagram Giveaway 2025 – Terms and Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged between 11 and 21 years old.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter. The Promoters reserve the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose an alternative winner if proof of consent cannot be provided.
This prize draw excludes employees of the Promoters, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
A valid and public Instagram account is required for entry.

The giveaway opens upon the posting of the giveaway post on Instagram and closes at 12:00 PM BST on Friday, 1st August 2025 (the "Closing Date").
Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must complete all of the following steps before the Closing Date:
1. FOLLOW both @younganimatoruk and @HUEAnimation on Instagram.
2. LIKE the official giveaway post.
3. COMMENT on the official giveaway post.

2D animation

One (1) winner will receive one (1) HUE Animation Studio with Carry Case.
The prize is valued at £49.95 excluding VAT.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoters' control make it necessary to do so.

3D animation

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The selection will be performed by a random computer process.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the @younganimatoruk account within 48 hours of the Closing Date.
Warning: Please be aware of potential scam accounts that may impersonate the Promoters. We will only ever contact the winner from our official @younganimatoruk account. We will never ask you to click a link to register or provide bank details to claim a prize.

The winner must respond to the notification DM within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, their prize will be forfeited, and the Promoters will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The winner will be required to provide their full name, confirmation of age, and a valid UK postal address for prize delivery.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of the winner's details being confirmed.

Anything else?

By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by the Promoters to administer the prize draw.
The winner’s Instagram handle may be announced publicly on the Promoters’ social media accounts.

The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoters will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails hello@younganimator.uk within one month after the Closing Date of the prize draw.
If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@younganimator.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this prize draw.

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that are deemed to be fraudulent.
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
