Making-of information & credits
This stop motion short film follows a young girl named Bronte, whose fascination with the wilderness drives her to explore and study various species of wildlife. One day filled with curiosity and adventure, little Bronte sets out to confront a creature rumoured to be the deadliest of them all. The Valourrackle.
To create this short film Bronte, I used capcut to edit it and stop motion studio.
To film it I used my canon R50 and laptop.
I made these puppets by hand, built the set in my room and even wrote the music for this short film. I filmed it in a forest near my house in Ipswich by cycling out to it with all my equipment throughout my summer holiday. The forest sounds are from copyright free trap samples on YouTube, and all the sound effects I made myself.
